OMEGAFRI doorsets are designed for internal locations and are suitable for fire resistance purposes in commercial and industrial applications.

Fire tests have been carried out at Warrington Fire Research Centre to BS476:Part 22 for periods up to and including 4 hours integrity and 60 minutes insulation.

We continually test different configurations, options and ancillary items to extend the portfolio of fire certification which supports its products.

A 45mm thick, flush edged 18g zinc coated steel leaf with a bonded ceramic board core selected for its thermal insulation performance. The Adaptabase* adjustable base is fitted as standard on all OMEGAFRI doorsets.

16g zinc coated steel. Standard double rebate profile, knock-down construction. Where insulation is also a requirement for the frame they can be supplied fully compliant with the 60 minute insulation rating. Various materials are available to suit different applications.

Door leaves and frames receive one coat of self etching primer, as standard, for site painting. Alternatively, they are supplied factory finished in any standard RAL or BS4800 colour. Specialist paint systems to suit coastal/chemical environments and foodsafe applications are also available.
