What is a sectional door?

A sectional Garage door, as the name implies, is made-up from separate sections rather than one single panel. These sections allow the use of a mechanism for opening the door which is both smooth to operate and easy-to-use whilst providing the additional benefits of better space utilisation, higher levels of security and excellent weather sealing properties.
