ISO DOOR PANELS FEATURING TWO ROWS OF ALU GLAZING

ISO SECTIONAL OVERHEAD DOOR SUMMARY

Robust panels with excellent insulation properties. The insulation core consists of CFC-free high density polyurethane foam. The outer skins, made of 0.5 mm thick galvanised steel plate, are finished with a durable oven-cured acrylic coating. The thermal separation between the internal and external skins guarantees excellent insulation properties with a K value of 0,58 W/m2K. The ISO door also achieves noise reduction levels of 25 dB (experimental result under controlled circumstances) A clever tenor and groove system with a resilient seal at the panel joints in combination with effective seals all round the door perimeter keep wind and rain at bay.

The tongue and groove system at the top and bottom
panel joint ensures good sealing between the sections.
The inner and outer skins are thermally separated in order
to maintain the good insulation characteristics of the
PU rigid foam panel core.
