The Guardian Service

The Guardian service is designed to be tailored to suit your needs.
After an in depth site survey, Guardian provides a detailed status report of your door assets from which the ideal solution can be compiled.

Solution can encompass extended warranty periods, guaranteed response times and agreed pricing structures for call outs and replacement parts.
Throughout the term of the contract (from one to five years) Guardian’s monitoring procedures will ensure your door systems are managed by the most cost effective means.

The Check List

The check list details the full maintenance programme carried out at every scheduled visit, and is filled in as maintenance is completed by the
Guardian specialist. Providing an invaluable up to date record of the condition of your doors and shutters, the check list not only helps to meet your legal requirement, but also highlights any repairs which may be needed immediately or within the near future.

The Report

In parallel with the check list, the report is essential in keeping track of maintenance carried out and any repairs required. These records provide valuable service information which we keep on file for the lifespan of each individual door or shutter at every site. Should routine servicing and maintenance of your doors highlight the need for major repairs or replacement, detailed information will be provided in the report.

The Maintenance Quotation

Should any requirement for major repairs or replacements come to light which cannot be carried out through the scheduled maintenance, these will be detailed in full and quoted for on the Maintenance Quotation.
Allowing you to plan necessary expenditure into your budget, the quotation, together with the check list and report, allows faults to be identified and costly downtime or accidents avoided.

Available to any location across the United Kingdom , the emergency call out facility operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year,
In the event of an emergency, you will be asked to supply full information to ascertain the exact nature of the problem, thereby avoiding unnecessary call outs and associated costs.

Should a call out prove necessary, however, you will be informed of the earliest time of arrival of the maintenance specialist closest to your site. On arrival, they will carry out any repairs possible immediately, limiting potential downtime.

In the unlikely event that the problem is of a more serious nature, the door/shutter will be secured in the closed position, assuming this is possible, for the security of your premises, and any necessary work required to restore it to full working order will be detailed in the report. In these circumstances, our maintenance specialist will of course return to reopen the shutter the following day allowing your business to trade.

With an out of hours number in operation between 5pm and 9am weekdays and 24 hours at weekends, you are assured of total service at any hour of the day or night.
